"This is what Autocracy/Fascism looks like" I'd like to think that a reasonably well-run fascist autocracy would work a little better than this one, with less head-scratching and rolling of eyes from it's increasingly flummoxed adherents.

What you quoted is from the Beatitudes (blessings) from The Sermon on the Mount. In said notable oration, one of the 9 blessings of JC was: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” ~ Matthew 5:9
